This policy regulates the terms and conditions of .uk domain name registrations and renewals.
We are a Nominet Channel Partner (WEB-INT) and our domain name registration services are governed by terms and rules set by Nominet. Nominet is the central registry of all .uk domains.
Acceptance of terms and conditions
By registering or renewing a .uk domain with us, you are in agreement with Nominet terms of registration.

Registration
We register domains in accordance with your instructions, on your behalf, in your name and address.
Renew policy
We undertake to register your domain(s) for a minimal term of one year and to renew thereafter.
Complaints procedure
We are committed to providing high standards of service to our customers but understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with any part of our domain registration service, then we want to know about it.
In accordance with Nominet terms and rules, we will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if appropriate provide an explanation as to what went wrong and how we will seek to resolve the issue.
We target to respond to domain complaints within the same day, at worst within 2 business days.
Please contact us by email or phone. We may call you back or write to you depending on the best way to resolve your complaint.
When we receive your complaint, we will acknowledge it within 3 working days
We will then fully investigate your complaint and aim to respond within 5 working days
If the situation requires a longer investigation, we will contact you within 5 working days to inform you of this and let you know when you can expect our response
If you are not happy with the explanation we give you, you can contact the Managing Director who will review your complaint and respond to you.
