31.5.2008 - An incident has occurred at the HSNTX1 datacenter in Houston. A fire caused the building to be evacuated, and all power is down. The local fire department has prevented the use of the emergency generators to ease the fire risk. 9000 servers are currently down, including 2 of our own. More information to follow.
23.2.2008 - The email situation from yesterday on the 167 server should now be fully resolved.
22.2.2008 - Some email accounts down on the 167 server. These are being manually restored and all should be completed shortly. If you are having problems still, please call the support number.
7.11.2007 - We had a hard disk crash on server 84.234.17.225 early this morning and all affected sites were moved onto a new server. All services were restored quickly, however if you think you may have lost any emails during the downtime and they have not appeared yet, please contact us to check.
