Lots of people are suing Apple these days, whether it is due to exploding batteries on iphones or non-working 4G. Maybe they went to the market too quickly. They caught loads of people with their IPAD anyway. Which is just a big iphone, which doesn't work.

Now there's a class-action been raised about some of the problems with the IPAD.
